Tiger Lillies Dreams

I'm impressed that you are able to dream all this stuff in just one night !!!!! Are you ever wore out when you wake up ? Thank goodness your dreams don't turn to the ..... hum, how do I say this.... "erotic" nature .

I do tend to dream a lot! Last night, I dreamed that I was on my way to the airport on the train, and then realised I'd left my suitcase behind at the station coffee shop. I was going back to get it, but I was worried about missing my Korean Air flight if I did. Wonder why I was going to Korea? Very Happy

Oh, and then I found a teeny-tiny key that was going to win me thousands and thousands of pounds...

But erotic dreams...yeah. Never have those... *tries to look innocent!*

Sounds like a key to a jewelry box . I had one of those tiny keys. Like a person couldn't toss the box on the ground to get it to open. It was neat to lock it up as a kid then taunt your sibling that something "cool" was inside.
Do you normally write down your dreams Welly ? They sound so interresting ! Also do you ever have the same dream over and over ? Or else have the same dream but the next time you willfully do something different ? Like dream of a house where in one you walk by but the next night in the same dream you decide to go inside ?

I used to keep a dream diary, yeah! And I did try lucid dreaming once - it worked for a few seconds, but then I couldn't help but fall back into regular dreaming again. Quite frustrating...

But yes, I used to have a recurring dream when I was a teenager that I could walk through walls. If nobody was paying attention to me it was easy, but as soon as a crowd started gathering to watch, it got harder and harder to do. I found that if I could just get my left shoulder through the wall the rest of me would follow, but it would get to a point where I just couldn't do it any more!

I used to be able to fly in many dreams. I think it had something to do with power - and my lack of it in real life.

I get recurring dreams I was being stabbed or attacked... normally by a veloceraptor but one on occasion by Robert Carlyle. Very worrying! Laughing

Most of my Tiger Lillies dreams are pretty tragic, in that most of them seem to be imaginary promo videos for future shows/albums, lol. I have them pretty often though Laughing

The last one I had was all about a a sequal to the Drunken Sailor documentary called Drunken Sailor 4 - it was still a doc about The Tiger Lillies, bur it was also somehow a chop-saki martial arts film, with accordions as weapons... Yeah.

OK, I finally had one last night. I think I might've had one before but I didn't remember it.

I know what caused last night's dream. Someone I vaguely know posted on Facebook last night they were in Edinburgh and about to see the band but knew nothing about them. At the same time, my friend Nathan (who is also a TL fan) made his own status update which was a joke involving shit. I was going to comment he was a 'shit terrorist' but didn't bother. So... onto the dream.

The Tiger Lillies are making a video. For some reason, Huge is there but he's not in it. I'm in it but he's telling me what to do. I'm walking along a pavement (I think in the town where I grew up) late in the evening, following Martyn and Stout. I have a carrier bag and I keep bringing fruit out of the carrier bag, which terrifies them (I think this is a fusion of Huge 'eating' a 'turd' onstage during 'Shit Terrorist' and an in-joke concerning Nathan eating various fruits to intimidate people).

After the video is shot, the band drive me 'home' with Martyn driving, except they drop me at the crossroads near to where I grew up.

Hey GG , I think your dream is full of crap ! I couldn't make apples or oranges of what it all means however you may miss the town of your youth.
