Bourgeois and Maurice - coming soon to London!

Hey everyone,

I wanted to give you a heads-up about a new act that’s hitting the Soho Theatre which I thought might be of interest to you as they’re sort of Lillies-esque. They’re in London in a few weeks and called Bourgeois and Maurice – not sure if it rings any bells to any of you. They’re managed by Tim Whitehead, who looks after the Tiger Lillies and produced by Gary Reich (Kim Noble Will Die – that disturbing show some of us saw in Edinburgh and again at the Soho last year with the suspicious white test tubes) They’ve had sell out shows at the Fringe, the The QE Hall, ROH, The Royal Academy of Arts and Bistrotheque and I’ve got a few friends who have said it’s absolutely hilarious stuff. (Think part-cabaret, part-theatre, part-catwalk-freakshow – sort of like the Lillies in haute couture dress. Oh my.)

They hit the Soho from the 28th June until the 10th July and shows kick off at 9.30pm each night.
